I am not as concerned with the food as long as its not like fast food fried things and the like, as long as its healthy, I say eat it, I am not a big believer in dropping a whole food group like carbs/breads out of a diet, they give you energy!<br /><br />Do not be so hard on your self, you have one person here that is rooting for you...well me and God!So that makes two!!!!<br />Bless you...take care and I pray that you have a better week.sweetybird09https://www.blogger.com/profile/12550468579967050116noreply@blogger.com
