I admire your honesty, I do however have so...Jenni,<br />I admire your honesty, I do however have something to ask you, why do you have all those kinds of foods within your reach???<br /><br />I started last Thursday on the calorie counter blog and I have lost 3 lbs, but I am not snacking on the sugar things I love, like cookies, pudding is my favorite, and ice cream, the evening is the worst time for all that eating to me anyway, get that frosting out of the house, ditch the choc chip bagel and my goodness toss the peanut butter covered brownie, have some healthy, alternatives, (I like animal crackers or graham crackers) I do not deprive myself of an ounce of dark chocolate every few days, its great and helps the mood.
